The intention is for you to have a consistent weekly commitment to slow down and observe what unfolds over time.
Meeting week after week allows us to be in ongoing conversation about your experience to learn more about your body and how this practice can support you specifically.
You’ll also have the benefit of moving through the series with a group of (potentially future) familiar faces.
Growth can live in observing and witnessing the growth in others and in being in connection with our community.

Working with the seasons of nature has personally felt a lot more intuitive and in tune with my body and spirit. It also mirrors the Persian rhythm of the year, where our New Year begins with Nowruz, the first day of spring.
As I deepened my studies of Yin Yoga through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it felt like an aha moment and a return to what my spirit once knew.
Spring time is a time of regrowth and rebirth. A time to usher in a new year. A time to start making moves and putting plans into action.
Summer is peak Yang energy. A time of expansion and vitality. A season when energy and passion are bursting forth into full expression.
Fall is the season of the harvest. A time to celebrate and reap the fruits of your efforts from Spring and Summer. It’s also a time to prepare for winter by taking stock of what you’ve gathered, identifying what’s essential to survive winter. and letting go of what is no longer needed.
Winter invites us inward. A season to rest, reflect and restore. A time to slow down, marinate and patiently wait for what’s next.
The weeks in between seasons are a time for grounding and Being in the transition from one season to the next. A living pause, if you will.

Life happens. If you know you’ll miss 1–2 classes, I still encourage you to join the full series. The continuity and consistency of the remaining classes still offer tremendous value, and I’d hate for you to miss out on 8 meaningful weeks because of 1–2 scheduling conflicts.
The series is designed to support long-term growth, not perfect attendance.
You also have the option to share the class(es) you’ll miss with a friend!
